| 目的 总结小儿深度烧伤的临床特点，介绍烧伤湿性医疗技术和湿润烧伤膏（MEBT／MEBO）治疗小儿深度烧伤的护理措施。方法 自2003年1月至2010年1月，对住院治疗的86例烧伤患儿采用MEBT／MEBO换药治疗，并根据患儿的实际情况，制定相应的护理措施。结果 86例患儿全部治愈，深度烧伤创面如期愈合，未发生严重并发症。结论 结合患儿病情，制定相应的护理措施，有助于患儿康复。 |

| Objective: To summarize the clinical features of pediatric deep burns and introduce the nursing interventions of MEBT/MEBO in treating pediatric deep burns. Methods: A total of 86 children with burns admitted to our hospital from January 2003 to January 2010 were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Corresponding nursing interventions were adopted based on the children’s conditions. Results: All of the children were cured and deep burn wounds were also timely healed without severe complications. Conclusion: Establishing corresponding nursing interventions based on children’s condition is favorable for the patients’ recovery. |
