| 【摘要】 目的 总结原位再生医疗技术(Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/ Moist Exposed Burn Ointment, MEBT/MEBO) 治疗压疮的临床疗效及护理体会?方法 对1996 年1 月- 2009 年12 月山东省青州市中医院收治的167例压疮患者在全身综合治疗及护理的同时全程应用原位再生医疗技术治疗, 并观察临床疗效, 总结护理体会?结果 Ⅱ期压疮创面平均愈合时间为(15.2 ± 3.6) d, Ⅲ期压疮创面平均愈合时间为(37.2 ± 5.2) d, Ⅳ期压疮创面平均愈合时间为(63.2 ±3.4) d?结论 原位再生医疗技术配合科学合理的护理措施治疗压疮, 疗效显著, 操作简便, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Therapy/ Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBT/ MEBO) in the treatment of pressure ulcer and the nursing care experience during the treatment course.Methods A total of 167 patients with pressure ulcer admitted to Qingzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 1996 and December 2009 were treated with MEBT/ MEBO through the whole treatment course in combination with systemic treatments and nursing care. The clinical therapeutic effect was observed and nursing experience was summarized. Results The average healing time for stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer wounds was (15.2 ± 3.6) d, (37.2 ± 5.2) d for stage Ⅲ pressure ulcer wounds and (63.2 ± 3.4) d for stage Ⅳ pressure ulcer wounds. Conclusion MEBT/ MEBO in combination with appropriate nursing care is very effective and easy to operate in treating pressure ulcers, worthy of being widely applied in clinical practice. |
