| 目的 总结? 探讨艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者下颌水平阻生智齿连续分冠术的护理体会? 方法 对2013年10月—2014年10月于首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院五官科就诊的30例合并艾滋病病毒感染/艾滋病 (HIV/AIDS) 的下颌阻生智齿患者在四手操作下实施连续分冠术, 术后创面采用湿润烧伤膏外涂治 疗, 观察治疗效果, 总结护理体会? 结果 30例患者术后创面均无感染发生, 愈合良好, 且相关医务人员均未发生职业暴露? 结论 合并HIV/AIDS的下颌水平阻生智齿患者采用四手操作下连续分冠术联合湿润烧伤膏外涂治疗及护理, 术后创面感染率低,愈合良好, 患者满意度高, 医护人员职业暴露风险低, 值得临床推广应用? |

| 【Abstract】Objective: To explore and summarize the experience in nursing HIV/AIDS patients after continual crown division for the extraction of horizontally impacted mandibular wisdom tooth. Methods: Thirty HIV/AIDS patients with horizontally impacted mandibular wisdom tooth admitted to the ENT department of Beijing Ditan Hospital Capital Medical University between October 2013 and October 2014 were given four-hand continual crown division operation, followed by the topical application of MEBO for the wound. The therapeutic effect was observed and the nursing experience was summarized. Results: None of the thirty patients suffered post-operation infection, all the wounds were healed well, and no medical staffs were exposed to HIV. Conclusion: The treatment protocol of four-hand continual crown division operation in combination with topical application of MEBO should be widely promoted in the clinical treatment of the horizontally impacted mandibular wisdom tooth in HIV/AIDS patients since it can reduce post-operation infection, promote wound healing, with high patient satisfaction and low risk of occupational exposure. |
