【摘要】目的探讨原位再生医疗技术治疗新生儿双下肢先天性皮肤缺损的临床疗效?方法对2015 年9月中铁十二局集团中心医院创面修复科收治的1 例双下肢先天性皮肤缺损患儿于出生第2 天开始全程规范应用原位再生医疗技术(moist exposed burn therapy/ moist exposed burn ointment, MEBT/ MEBO) 治疗, 创面愈合后改用疤痕软膏予以皮肤护理, 观察创面愈合效果?结果原位再生医疗技术治疗18 d 后, 所有创面均完全愈合, 左足拇趾及食趾长度接近正常; 疤痕软膏护理18 个月后, 愈后皮肤无瘢痕增生及瘙痒等症状, 部分皮肤留有少量色素脱失, 皮肤痛温觉等感觉功能正常, 双下肢生长发育正常, 活动自如?结论原位再生医疗技术治疗新生儿先天性皮肤缺损, 创面愈合时间短, 愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生及瘙痒等症状, 皮肤痛温觉等感觉功能及双下肢生长发育正常, 疗效显著, 是治疗此类疾病的理想方法, 值得临床推广应用?

【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of neonatal congenital skin defect in both lower extremities. Methods One child with congenital skin defect in both lower extremities admitted to the Wound Repair Department of The Central Hospital of China Railway 12th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. in September 2015 was treated by moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment (MEBT/MEBO) from day 2 after birth. MEBO Scar Ointment was used for skin care after the wounds were healed. The clinical outcomes were observed. Results After 18 days of treatment by MEBT/MEBO, all wounds were healed and the lengths of the left hallux and second toe were almost normal. After 18 months of skin care by MEBO Scar Ointment, no hypertrophic scar or pruritus was observed while depigmentation was observed in a few part of the healed skin. Sensory functions such as sensation of pain and temperature were normal. Normal development of both lower extremities and feet with normal motor function was observed. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO is an effective way to treat congenital skin defect, with a short wound healing time and no hypertrophic scarring or pruritus. Normal sensory functions such as pain and temperature and normal development of both lower extremities and feet can be achieved. MEBT/MEBO is an ideal therapy with remarkable clinical efficacy in treating congenital skin defect, worthy of being promoted in clinical practice.
