          目的 对比分析曲安奈德联合压力疗法治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效? 方法 选取 2017 年 1 月至 2019 年 1 月许昌市中医院收治的 82 例增生性瘢痕患者作为研究对象, 并按照随机数表法随机分为观察组 (41 例) 与对照组 (41 例), 其中观察组患者采用皮内注射曲安奈德联合压力疗法治疗, 对照组患者采用超声导入多 磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合压力疗法治疗, 对比两组患者治疗前后温哥华瘢痕量表 (Vancouver scar scale, VSS) 评分及视 觉模拟评分法 (visual analogue scale, VAS) 评分变化情况? 结果 治疗后, 两组患者 VSS 评分及 VAS 评分均明显 低于治疗前 (观察组: t = 12P 均 = 0对照组: t = 8P 均 = 0且观察组明显 低于对照组 (t = 3P = 0结论 与超声导入多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合压力疗法相比, 皮内 注射曲安奈德联合压力疗法更有利于缓解瘢痕疼痛, 改善瘢痕色泽? 质地及血液循环, 具有较高的临床应用价值

          【Abstract】 To comparatively analyze the therapeutic effect of triamcinolone combined with pressure therapy in treating hypertrophic scars. Methods Eighty-two patients with hypertrophic scars, admitted to Xuchang TCM Hospital from April 2017 to April 2019, were selected as research subjects and then divided, according to random number table, into an observation group (41 cases) and a control group (41 cases). Patients in the observation group were treated with intradermal injection of triamcinolone combined with pressure therapy while patients in the control group were treated with ultrasound-induced MPS cream combined with pressure therapy. The changes of the Vancouver scar scale (VSS) score and visual analogue scale (VAS) score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the VSS score and VAS score of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (observation group: t = 12.420, 9.357, all P = 0.000; control group: t = 8.779, 4.859, all P = 0.000), and the scores of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (t = 3.252, 2.690, P = 0.002, 0.009). Conclusion Compared with ultrasound-introduced MPS cream combined with pressure therapy, intradermal injection of triamcinolone combined with pressure therapy has better effect in relieving scar pain, improving scar color, texture and blood circulation and has higher clinical application value.
