| 【摘要】 近年来， 急慢性创面患者逐年增多， 尽管诊疗技术和新兴治疗手段不断更新迭代， 但如何有效促进创面愈合仍然是临床较为棘手的问题。 有研究学者指出， 创面能否有序进入愈合进程， 取决于创面微环境中巨噬细胞的稳定状态以及修复创面的成纤维细胞、 内皮细胞及表皮细胞是否充分发挥作用， 如巨噬细胞在创面修复过程中的诸多关键节点发挥着重要作用， 一旦其作用出现异常， 便会影响创面愈合进程， 促使创面发展为慢性。
本文笔者鉴于系统而全面地分析效应细胞与创面之间的关系， 能够为创面修复提供重要的理论支持和实践指导，对巨噬细胞在创面修复中的作用机制研究进展进行了综述。 |

| 【Abstract】 In recent years, the number of patients with acute and chronic wounds has been increasing annually.Despite continuous advancements in diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, effectively promoting wound healing remains a significant clinical challenge. Studies have shown that the orderly progression of wound repair depends on the stability of macrophages within the wound microenvironment and the effective functioning of fibroblasts, endothelial cells, and epithelialcells. Macrophages play critical roles in various key stages of the wound healing process, and any dysfunction can delay healing, leading to chronic wounds. This paper systematically reviewed the study progress of mechanism of action of macrophages in wound repair, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for wound repair. |
