【 Abstract 】 Objective To analyze the risk factors of ulcerative colitis complicated with extrenteral manifestations. Methods 265 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted from January 2021 to October 2024 were selected as the study objects. General data such as gender and age, disease conditions such as clinical classification and lesion scope, and laboratory indicators such as anti-neutrophil antibodies and albumin levels were collected. The patients were divided into study group and control group according to whether they had combined parenteral manifestations. To analyze the risk factors of ulcerative colitis complicated with extrenteral manifestations. Results 136 (51.32%) of 265 patients with ulcerative colitis had parenteral manifestations. Among them, there were 6 cases of uveitis (2.26%), 8 cases of scleritis (3.02%), 12 cases of erythema nodosum (4.53%), 16 cases of pyoderma gangrene (6.04%), 21 cases of oral ulcer (7.92%), 28 cases of axial arthritis (10.57%), 66 cases of peripheral arthritis (24.91%), and 29 cases of other diseases (7.92%). 10.94%), and 38 cases (27.94%) were combined with two or more kinds of parenteral manifestations. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that family history, extensive colonotype, severity of disease and high level of ESR, CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 were independent risk factors for patients with ulcerative colitis complicated with parenteral manifestations (P < 0.05). Conclusion Family history, extensive colonotype, severity of disease and high level of ESR, CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 are independent risk factors for extrenteral manifestations in patients with ulcerative colitis. |
