| 【摘要】 皮肤创面愈合涉及氧化应激、炎症反应、细胞增殖与迁移、血管新生、细胞外基质沉积等一系列复杂的病理生理过程, 受神经、体液、细胞、分子等多物质调节。虾青素作为迄今已知的最强天然抗氧化剂, 凭借其强大的抗氧化及抗炎活性、调节胶原蛋白合成及促进角质层细胞迁移等作用在创面愈合中发挥了独特的优势。基于此, 本文对虾青素在创面愈合中的作用机制及相关研究进展进行了综述, 以期进一步指导其在临床中的应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Skin wound healing involves a series of complex pathophysiological processes, including oxidative stress, inflammatory response, cell proliferation and migration, angiogenesis, and extracellular matrix deposition. These processes are regulated by multiple factors, such as nerves, humoral mediators, cells, and molecules. Astaxanthin, recognized as one of the most potent natural antioxidants, exhibits significant advantages in wound healing due to its strong anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory properties, collagen synthesis regulation, and keratinocyte migration promotion. Based on this, this review summarizes the mechanisms of astaxanthin’s role in wound healing and related research progress, aiming to guide its future clinical applications. |
