| 【摘要】 给予 2024 年 4 月 21 日北京市昌平区中西医结合医院收治的1例难愈性慢性骨髓炎伴窦道形成患者在敏感抗生素抗感染、控制血糖和血压、腹膜透析等对症支持治疗基础上, 予以局部创面行湿润烧伤膏换药、扩大清创、负压封闭引流以及自体微粒皮种植治疗。治疗 74 d 时,创面明显缩小,患者出院；出院后2个月随访, 创面完全愈合；出院后4个月随访,右下肢功能基本恢复至正常,骨髓炎未再复发。 |

| 【Abstract】 One patient with refractory chronic osteomyelitis complicated with sinus tract formation, admitted to Beijing Changping Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on April 21, 2024, was given MEBO dressing change, extended debridement, vacuum sealing drainage, and autologous microskin implantation for local wound management, on the basis of symptomatic and supportive treatments including sensitive antibiotics for infection control, glycemic and blood pressure control and peritoneal dialysis. After 74 days of treatment, the wound area reduced significantly, and the patient was discharged from the hospital. After 2 months of follow-up, the wound healed completely. After 4 months of follow-up, functions of the right lower limb almost returned to normal with no recurrence of osteomyelitis. |
