Analyze the efficacy of continuous blood purification combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of burn sepsis. Method: Forty patients with burn sepsis admitted from June 2020 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. Continuous blood purification combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate treatment was performed, and inflammatory response indicators such as NLR, IL-6, procalcitonin, CRP, immune function indicators such as IgG, IgM, IgA, and disease severity (SOFA score) were observed. At 24, 48, and 72 hours of treatment, NLR、 The levels of interleukin-6, procalcitonin, and C-reactive protein were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), while the levels of IgG, IgM, and IgA were higher than before treatment (P<0.05). The SOFA score was lower than before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Continuous blood purification combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate is beneficial for reducing the degree of inflammatory response, improving immune function, and alleviating the severity of burn sepsis in patients. |
